Virgin Money UK mortgages hub for existing customers

One of my projects at Virgin Money UK as a Senior Digital Designer (UI/UX) was to design, maintain and update the mortgages section of the website including for our new to bank customers and existing customers so they could login, maintain or update their mortgage needs.

The existing customers hub is an important section for our mortgages customers, from here they have the ability to log into their mortgage profile to check their balance, switch their mortgage deal when it was coming to expiry, arrange a payment holiday if they needed to pause payments, arrange a new mortgage if they were moving home or borrow more against their mortgage.

The hub is an important area for users to get a wide range of mortgage information and get in touch with us. Below is the user flow and some key screens I designed.
